There's something hypnotizing about those eyes, and I like it!

~Vision~
I don't know where you're going with these two, but I can imagine quite a bit. not only are the eyes glowing, but the eyes are glowing different colors. "What's the significance of the blue and yellow?", "What sort of relationship must these two have?", "Are they enemies?", "How are they alike and different?". You could pose so many questions here because the two clearly stand to be contrasted and compared to one another.

~Originality~
Neither "brothers", nor "black shirts" are original (but hey, you have to use something familiar, right?), however their initial designs and contrasting appearances shows originality. Not a whole lot that can be said here though.

~Technique~
Being a black and white image with a hint of color in the eyes, I can't judge too much on color, but the effect derived from the use of that little bit of color is certainly nice. There's a clear anime style to these brothers, that has been applied nicely too, though the shoulders are sort of too small. I would've liked to see a more detailed shading, but what is already there is a good substitute.

~Impact~
I'll say this again, those eyes are just hypnotizing, wow! Not just that, but the differences between the two leave me in wonder. It would be nice if this piece had more impact to it, perhaps a fancier background that makes everything "POP" for example.

~Final Thoughts~
This isn't an exceptional piece, but its certainly an interesting one. My favorite part is all the questions it raises, while my least favorite part is how little there is going on. Overall, I definitely like it, nice job!
